Therapeutic Approach
Taylor helps clients reconnect with themselves and their closest relationships, creating space to trust, feel safe, and grow again. She recognizes that every person, couple, and family is unique, and works collaboratively to build a personalized path toward healing—one grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by warmth, empathy, and compassion.
With a wellness-based approach that emphasizes the mind–body connection, Taylor integrates family systems, experiential, and psychodynamic methods. She draws on approaches such as Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dyadic Developmental Therapy (DDP) to support clients in healing trauma and attachment wounds.
